Hitotsubashi-RIETI International Workshop on Real Estate Market, Productivity, and Prices

本ワークショップでは、不動産市場・生産性・価格という3つのテーマに関係する最新の研究成果を報告・討論します。

バブル崩壊後の長期低迷や世界的な金融危機を経験し、少子・高齢化が進行する日本経済においては、生産性の向上、デフレからの脱却、人口減少下における効率的な不動産市場の形成は、互いに関係しあう重要な課題です。たとえば、人口減少が物価と不動産をはじめとする資産価格にどのような影響をもたらすのか、技術革新やサービス化が進む中で生産性向上には何が必要か、不動産は生産性向上にどのような役割を果たしうるのかといった課題は、研究者のみならず政策立案者にとっても重要なテーマです。

今回は、これらの点に関係する14本の研究発表を行います。1日目(10月13日)は生産性と価格に、2日目(14日)は不動産に焦点を当てた発表をいたします。
