開催案内
標準は「知的財産推進計画2011」や「第4期科学技術基本計画」にも含まれており、多くの技術やネットワーク市場のイノベーションには欠かせない。公共財として政策的な支援の一方、企業は標準化技術と知的財産や標準化過程に戦略的なかかわり方を模索している。さらに、通信などのネットワークは国境を超えており、標準化は国際的競争力維持の観点からも重要であると同時に、そのルールづくりは困難である。標準に関する最近の研究は、標準の効率性を前提とし、企業の戦略的行動を考慮した標準化過程やパテントプールの理論と実証を使った分析が主流である。このような分析から政策的含意が得られるだろう。今回のワークショップでは標準化、知財の先端的研究を行っている海外の研究者を迎え、標準化とイノベーションについて研究成果を報告し、意見交換をする予定である。
