Overview
In order to ensure economic sustainability in the midst of a declining and aging population, the Japanese government has taken various policy measures to enable women and the elderly to achieve high productivity. In the “New Opportunities for Economic and Industrial Policy,” the promotion of the success of workers with time constraints continues to be a policy goal. In order to formulate future policies, it is necessary to evaluate the policies that have been implemented to date and conduct EBPM to apply the findings to policy making. The purpose of this research project is to evaluate the labor policies that have been implemented and to obtain knowledge that can be applied to the formulation of a new stage of labor policies.
