I agreed with your view that the transition from PSTN to IP network and the liquidation of telephone switches need to be handled seperately or one at a time. It would be interesting to see how this evolve .....

I have a question, which is as follow; What do you think will be NTT response to your proposal to reorganised into three companies; NTT-IP, NTT DoCoMo and NTT-Telephone ?

I have been proposing the scheme for "unbundling" of NTT with my colleagues to NTT executives and leaders of its labor union. They generally agreed to our proposal, but they said it was too early to make such a drastic change. They proved wrong. It might be too late now.
