These include the administering of symposiums and seminars hosted, co-hosted, or sponsored by RIETI, any forms of communication from RIETI, sending invitations for various events, sending questionnaires for improving RIETI's work quality, and using for reference in creating content for the RIETI website. Moreover, within the scope of administrating the above mentioned symposiums and seminars, participant lists may be provided to the speakers and those involved in administering such events.
