David CASHIN and UNAYAMA Takashi's paper "The Spending and Consumption Response to a VAT Rate Increase" (National Tax Journal: Vol 74, No 2) won 2021 NTJ Richard Musgrave Prize. The prize was established in 1999 and is presented each year to the author(s) of the best article published in the National Tax Journal.
