Using presentation materials, Mr. Nakatomi explained that Japan has consistently supported and implemented trade and investment policies based on free trade and global value chains, while establishing an extensive network of regional trade agreements, mainly in the Asia-Pacific region, and that Japan can serve as a gateway for Ukrainian companies expanding into Asia. The presentation was followed by an active Q&A session about the possibility of future institutional and corporate collaboration between Japan and Ukraine.
