Announcement
The RIETI Corporate Finance and Firm Dynamics Research Project Group aims to analyze the role of financial intermediation in relation to the dynamics of firms regarding their entry, exit and survival. This time, Professor Manju Puri (Duke University), a world-renowned researcher in the fields of banking, corporate finance, and venture capital, will deliver the keynote speech. Also, researchers from Japan and overseas will present their research on topics related to firm exit and entry, such as business succession, venture capital, and entrepreneurship, as well as research on the role of financial intermediation, such as bank mergers.
