导言
近来，海外直接投资与海外外包等离岸商务在全球化中发挥着巨大的作用，针对离岸商务的研究也变得比以往更为重要。离岸商务影响到国内外的生产、就业以及研发，因此离岸商务的分析对政策立案来说十分重要。继去年的研讨会，本年度再次举办工作研讨会，邀请在离岸商务研究领域展开最前沿研究的外国学者，报告最新研究成果。
