导言
Asia KLEMS project是World KLEMS project的地区版项目。
该项目是在第1次World KLEMS conference（2010年，在美国哈佛大学召开）的第二年，于2011年启动的。第1次会议在东京（2011年）、第2次会议在首尔（2013年）、第3次会议在台湾（2014年）举办。
