Announcement

The past few years have seen a profound transformation in U.S. foreign economic policy: from economic engagement with China and the pursuit of comprehensive trade agreements; to a trade war with Beijing, the rejection of tariff liberalization, and the embrace of the notion that economic security is national security. Dr. Solís will discuss the drivers of change in U.S. economic statecraft, the unfolding technology competition with China, and challenges ahead for the United States to build economic security coalitions with like-minded partners.
