During Dr. Wallace's visit in Japan, we would like to have an opportunity to hear his experiences in Los Alamos National Laboratory upon innovation through R&D among governments, private sectors and research institutions. Authorities and experts on R&D innovation in Japan will appear as panelists and discuss the current situations in the U.S. as well as in Japan.
